Community Guidelines
Goatza exists so athletes can be seen and organizations can find talent. That only works if people feel safe here. These are the rules.
They apply to everything on Goatza: posts, comments, profiles, messages, organization pages and recruitment listings.
Protecting young athletes
A large part of our community is under 18. These rules matter more than any others, and we enforce them without warning.
Never allowed:
- Any sexual content involving a minor, or any content that sexualises a minor. We remove it, permanently ban the account, and report it to the authorities.
- Contacting a minor for anything other than legitimate sporting purposes.
- Asking a minor to move a conversation to WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram or any other platform.
- Asking a minor for their home address, school, daily routine, or photos beyond ordinary sporting content.
- Asking a minor to keep a conversation secret from their parents or coach.
- Arranging to meet a minor without their guardian's knowledge.
If you are an adult messaging a young athlete: keep it about sport, keep it on Goatza, and be comfortable with their parent reading every word.
If you are under 18: if a message makes you uncomfortable, block and report it, and tell a parent, guardian or coach. You never have to reply to anyone.
Be honest about who you are
- Use your real identity. Don't impersonate another person, coach, scout or club.
- Don't claim a role, qualification, club affiliation or trial history you don't have.
- Don't run an Organization page for a club you aren't authorised to represent.
- One account per person.
Fake scout and fake academy accounts are the most common way young players get exploited. We treat impersonation seriously.
Recruitment listings must be real
If you publish a trial, camp or opportunity:
- It must genuinely be happening.
- The date, venue, age categories and eligibility must be accurate.
- Any fee must be stated clearly and upfront. Hidden or late-revealed fees are a breach.
- Don't promise selection, contracts, scouting exposure or outcomes you can't deliver.
- Handle applicants' details properly. Don't pass them on, sell them, or use them for anything other than the application.
A note for applicants: Goatza never handles payments. If someone asks you to pay, that money goes directly to them, and we cannot recover it. Verify the organization independently first. If you're under 18, talk to your parent or guardian before paying anything. Report suspicious listings.
Treat people decently
Not allowed:
- Harassment, bullying, threats or intimidation.
- Hate speech or attacks based on religion, caste, region, language, gender, sexuality, disability or nationality.
- Content that encourages self-harm or suicide.
- Sharing someone's private information without permission — phone number, address, documents.
- Sharing intimate images of anyone without their consent.
- Coordinated pile-ons against a player, coach or club.
Sport is competitive. Rivalry and strong opinions are fine. Targeting a person is not.
Keep content appropriate
Not allowed:
- Nudity or sexual content.
- Graphic violence or gore.
- Content promoting illegal drugs, or performance-enhancing drugs.
- Spam, repetitive posting, engagement farming, or bulk unsolicited messages.
- Content that isn't yours — someone else's footage, photos, music or match broadcasts without permission.
- Match-fixing, betting promotion or gambling solicitation.
Respect the platform
- Don't scrape, crawl or bulk-extract data.
- Don't use bots or automated tools without our written permission.
- Don't try to break, probe or work around our security or rate limits.
- Don't use Goatza to sell unrelated products or services.
How we enforce this
We look at context and intent. A first minor mistake is treated differently from a pattern of behaviour.

We may act on the whole account, not just one post, where the pattern warrants it.
Reporting
Use the report option on any post, profile, message or organization page.
We acknowledge reports within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days. Reports involving nudity, sexual content or impersonation are actioned within 24 hours.
Child safety concerns go to goatza.official@gmail.com and are prioritised above everything else.
You can also block any account at any time. Blocking is immediate and private — the other person is not told.
If you think we got it wrong
Email goatza.official@gmail.com with your account details and what happened. A person will review it.
These Guidelines form part of our Terms of Service. We update them as the community grows.
